Steve oversees our Quality Control and Value Engineering Program where he applies his exceptional technical, computer and organizational skills to the review of all projects from inception to completion. He is responsible for ensuring all plan details are thoroughly addressed and the highest standards in quality engineering and cost-effectiveness are met. Steve is also heavily involved in BDG’s internal training program. He received his BS in Civil Engineering from Auburn University in 1986.
